Project 11: Search Engine for Internal Organization Files

The project is designed to deliver a fast, user-friendly, and secure solution for searching internal organizational files. It is exclusively intended for internal use. The model supports searches by both "file name" and "file content," significantly reducing the time and effort required for staff to locate specific content without manually reviewing files one by one.

Step 1: Access the webpage either internally or via SSLVPN for external access.

Step 2: Enter your search text. Results will be displayed as follows:

File Name Search: 5 files
File Content Search: 5 files

You can customize the number of files shown per page.

Step 3: Locate the most relevant result

Click the "copy" icon. A pop-up link will appear, allowing you to open the file directly.
